Hello! I work with children, teens, and adults, helping them navigate challenges like trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and identity in ways that feel meaningful-and yes, sometimes even a little fun! I believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy to be impactful. I like to keep things light when we can, while also knowing when it’s time to slow down, dig deeper, and hold space for the harder moments.
As a therapist, I see my role as both a guide and a collaborator. You’re the expert on your life- I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools that actually work for you outside of session. I value creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgment, and feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
My goal is to help you feel more confident navigating life’s ups and downs, while also building a stronger connection with yourself. Therapy can be a place for growth, healing, and even moments of humor and relief along the way.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me hiking, gardening, or spending time with my animals—things that help keep me grounded, present, and energized for the work I truly love.
