Parent Support Art Therapy Group

A Place to Land: Parent Support Art Therapy Group

Parenting a neurodivergent child or teen comes with its own rhythm — beautiful moments, hard-won victories, and days that ask more of you than you thought you had. You don't have to carry it alone.

This monthly group is a space to slow down, breathe, and connect with other parents who get it. No judgment, no advice you didn't ask for, no pressure to have it all figured out — just a warm room, good company, and time that's yours.

And here's the best part: you choose how you show up.

Feel like picking up a paintbrush, working with clay, or doodling your feelings out on paper? Go for it — no artistic experience required, and no "right" way to do it. Feel like sitting back with a cup of coffee and just listening, or talking things through with other parents? That's just as welcome. There's no expectation either way. Some months you might want to create. Some months you might just want to sit. Both are exactly right.

Who it's for:

While this group holds special space for parents raising neurodivergent kids and teens, all parents looking for community, connection, and a little breathing room are welcome to join.

What to expect:

- A relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere

- Art materials available for anyone who wants to use them

- Coffee, conversation, and genuine understanding

- Zero pressure — participate your way
