Hi there! My name is Madison, and here is a little about me. I specialize in working with adults that struggle with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and have a passion of integration of both health and wellness in a therapeutic setting. I also specialize in working with individuals within the fitness community such as (but not limited to): powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, strongman, individual, or team sports. In addition, I assist individuals looking to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits into their daily routine and create reasonable and attainable goals that can be followed and implemented long-term.
Some of the approaches I take naturally involve existential theory, psychoanalytic and attachment theory, however I am not limited based on client needs and take the best-fit, eclectic approach. I enjoy involving creativity and self-expression in the therapeutic process, and finding healthy ways of personal catharsis.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, creating art, exploring in nature, and staying physically active. I have competed in powerlifting for many years and enjoy strength training and various forms of physical activity.
