Katie Regan, MS, RD 

Katie Regan, MS, RD, is a registered dietitian who provides nutrition services to a wide range of athletes and fitness enthusiasts. She helps athletes learn how to fuel optimally for their goals both on and off the field. Deep down, Katie is a teacher who wants her athletes to fully comprehend the reasons behind recommendations to gain a level of confidence and respect in their nutrition. In a world filled with a lot of nutrition and diet noise, she helps athletes see their unique nutrition needs clearly. Katie additionally specializes in helping athletes with a history of disordered eating become empowered by nourishment.

Katie was a three sport athlete in high school (volleyball, competitive cheerleading, track & field) and moved heavily into weightlifting & CrossFit during college. She still explores new sports & training methods such as running a marathon and throwing discus. As a young athlete herself, Katie suffered an undiagnosed eating disorder trying to be the best athlete she could. It was then her mission to become the sports dietitian she wished she had when she was younger. Katie received her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Minnesota and her Master's degree in Exercise Physiology & Sports Nutrition from Florida State University.
