Welcome! My name is Elizabeth and I use she/her pronouns. My goal for therapy is to create a space free of judgement where self-discovery and personal growth are possible. You are your greatest investment, and I would love to help you put your best self forward. Life is full of its own unique transitions and challenges, and I am grateful to be here to support you during your own journey. It is my goal to help you live an easier, better, and more fulfilled life.

I primarily work with adults and teens. I have familiarity with sports psychology, disordered eating, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. I recognize therapy as a collaborative experience where I can apply my skillset combined with yours to achieve a greater outcome. I utilize a client-centered approach, informed by mindfulness, existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, a holistic health perspective, a systematic approach, and positive psychology. That means I am educated in ways of supporting you through your own personal development and am adaptable to what you need.

I have a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and a minor emphasis on Family Studies from the University of Saint Thomas. I recently graduated with a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Saint Thomas. I am currently under supervision and pursuing licensure to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

A little bit about me outside of work: I have spent most of my life involved in athletics and am a former collegiate athlete. I am also an avid animal lover and adore my pet dogs! In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside, cooking, and training for my next athletic endeavor.

I look forward to meeting with you. We’re in this together!
