Welcome! My name is Elizabeth (AKA Liz) and I use she/her pronouns. My goal for therapy is to create a space free of judgement where self-discovery and personal growth are possible. You are your greatest investment, and I would love to help you put your best self forward.

Typically, I work with ages 12 and up. In my practice I enjoy working with teens, adults, students, & athletes. I mainly see people struggling with anxiety, ADHD, sport/performance anxiety, self confidence, relationship issues, depression, and stress. My goal is to help you learn better ways of coping, managing, and accepting these pressures so that they do not hold you back from your personal successes.

I recognize therapy as a collaborative experience where I can apply my skillset combined with yours to achieve a greater outcome. I utilize a holistic and person-centered approach informed by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), and emotion focused therapy (EFT). I believe that your health is similar to repairing a car –it’s easier to fix it when you understand what is going on inside. Together we can work through a treatment approach that is individualized and genuine to what your needs are.

A little bit about me outside of work: I have spent most of my life involved in athletics and am a former collegiate athlete. I am also an avid animal lover and adore my puppy, Franklin! In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside, reading, and training for my next athletic endeavor.
