If we could spend one hour feeling what the other feels, we'd treat each other very differently.

Ideally our everyday lives would provide the opportunities, relationships, and help we need. We are meant to run ideas past each other regularly to try to get to a better understanding, and it is often easier to care when others care with us. This isn't so easy to do it alone, in our own heads. Sometimes life can be like a catch 22, things can get stuck, and our heads spin. Really looking at life with others can be hard if we don't have the time, understanding, patience, compassion, or calm to do it. And some people have their own issues, or agenda, and may put that onto us.

I'm open to and can help find a wide variety of thinking and perspectives. Sometimes what is needed is a new understanding, or a new way of thinking, acting, and feeling. You can pick and choose what seems helpful. If needed I will take the lead and if not I will follow, or explore with you.

Having thoughts, feelings, and actions aligned is generally going to make life easier and feel better. Most things make sense in some way, even if it isn't obvious or functional. If you are in conflict with or confused by others, society, or yourself, I can help.

I enjoying working with adults, children, couples, and families with ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma. When working with ADHD clients I prefer to ask questions like how do we direct an abundance of focus, to work with others, and feel good about ourselves? When working with Autistic clients I ask questions like how is autism "everyday people stuff"?

If you are feeling disillusioned, despair, out of place, "what's wrong with people!?", directionless, or like your just floating through life; I have a lot of space for and ideas about that.
