Denise is an educator, fitness specialist, and an Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach. She builds champion networks nationwide. She holds a BA from the University of St. Thomas, a MS from California State University, Los Angeles and most recently a MA from the University of Minnesota in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching. She is a Master Pilates Trainer (3rd generation) certified in Mat, Reformer, Chair and group fitness. She partners her highly effective motivation and behavior analysis skills with her passion for wellness. Working in higher ed for 20 years she has developed, implemented, and delivered quality curriculum which speaks to her organization, communication, and strategic skills. She routinely manages 200+ students and teaches fitness to ages 7-97. Healthy organizations have healthy individuals. Committed to improving the wellbeing of everyone she works with whether in her classroom, in the gym, or on her team. She believes that the quality of any community is impacted by the wellness of every individual. Specializing in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching, fitness instruction, program development in both the fitness arena and higher education which includes: curriculum, management, program growth and delivery. She trains and coaches athletes and individuals of all levels, youth sports, pre/post surgery, return to sport, lifestyle changes, integrative health, stress management, issues of aging and hormones, weight/nutrition management, sleep, conflict resolution, crisis, relationship building, purpose, and many more. She builds relationships with healthcare providers and understands healthcare organizations. With an entrepreneurial presence she has the ability to connect, grow, improve wellbeing and impact outcome by supporting people and organizations through coaching, teaching, and fitness. She believes that the quality of any community is impacted by the wellness of every individual.
